DEPOSIT POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

To book an appointment, you must leave a deposit. This deposit is:

• NON-REFUNDABLE – If you cancel your appointment for any reason, the deposit will not be returned. No exceptions.

• NON-TRANSFERABLE – The deposit cannot be used for a different tattoo, a different date, or by a different person.

Your deposit secures your time slot and covers the preparation that begins the moment you book. If you cancel or change your idea, the deposit will not be refunded.

TIME POLICY

• You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be cancelled with no refund.

• If something comes up, please message us as soon as possible. We’re human — life happens.

• Sometimes, even if you arrive on time, you may wait up to 3 hours. We never rush tattoos — that’s why they come out the way they do 😊

DESIGN POLICY

Once your appointment is booked, you cannot change the tattoo concept.

Each appointment is scheduled based on the specific idea you provided and the amount of time needed for that concept.

Changing the idea after booking means we cannot proceed, as the time and preparation were made for your original request.

A new idea will require a new appointment and a new deposit.
